Lo~Fi (low impact strength)

45 minutes
This 45 min low impact strength class will be incorporating simple body weight and core exercises to tone and define muscles in a calm way and gentle way. Don't let "gentle" fool you, this class will be challenging and you will feel great afterwards!  All you need is a small space and some water. No equipment required (yoga mat optional). 

Note: This class may not be suitable for newly postpartum mothers or other populations. If you are curious if this class is a good fit for you then please connect with me.
