Improving strength of the core and build stamina to feel stronger and make regular life activities feel simpler. Designed with Mom's at any point of their postpartum journey (must be at least cleared from 6 wk check-up). This class is also suitable for anyone looking to strengthen the core and surrounding muscle groups in a low impact, non-intimidating workout. All you need is a small space to workout in and water. No equipment necessary (yoga mat optional).
