Designed with Mom's at any point of their postpartum journey (must be at least cleared from 6 wk check-up). This class is also suitable for anyone looking to strengthen the core and surrounding muscle groups in a low impact, non-intimidating workout. All you need is a small space to workout in and water. No equipment necessary (yoga mat optional).
