Great class for beginners, it is low impact and we'll be doing some gentle resistance exercises using light weights. Focussed on increasing strength + mobility, and making daily life easier.
Equipment needed for this class: Small dumbbells (or water bottles/soup cans/etc), a bench, seat or wall.
